By visiting or shopping at Ladybugg's Cottage, you agree to these terms. Please use the site lawfully and kindly — don't misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in a way that could harm us or other customers.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if a product is unavailable, a listing contains an error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change from time to time without notice. If a pricing mistake slips through (we're human!), we'll contact you before fulfilling the order. Promotions such as our 2-for-$15 soap offers apply as described on the site and may be updated or ended at any time.

Payments

Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its supported payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands, but if something goes wrong along the way, contact us and we'll do our best to help. Please see our Product Disclaimer & Return Policy for what to do if an order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — our name, logo, artwork, photographs, illustrations, and written words — belongs to Ladybugg's Cottage and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided as described, and our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for your order. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ladybugg's Cottage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
